Why is Dr Kiruban going to Carlton, He's the best Dr here and its not right that a good Dr should move when patients have got used to him and have every faith in him.

They offer online services via "systmonline". The surgery website gives no help in accessing this facility - you may stumble on it if you search long enough through a multitude of screens but then....
You fill in your login details and wait...... and wait......and wait until the loading 'times out'.
'Systmonline' seems to be a non functional facility which merely serves to waste your valuable time.
I spent 30 years in IT and would have been totally embarrased by such a waste of time.
